UCAC - .NET Membership System Migration to MySQL

Migration of the UCAC VB.NET Windows Forms membership application from Microsoft SQL Server to a shared MySQL-compatible database, removing the need for database replication and reducing ongoing administration and maintenance. The desktop application was the focus of the migration. Joomla already used MySQL; bringing the office application onto the same platform removes the replication dependency and simplifies long-term support.

Innovis - AgResearch Laboratory Processing

Developed for Innovis, this .NET Windows Forms application supports the processing of sheep genetic-test results supplied by AgResearch. It brings laboratory results, sample-barcode matching and validation into a clear desktop workflow, helping staff keep test information organised and linked to the correct records. Support for scrapie genotypes and additional genetic markers is combined with date-filtered reporting and Excel exports, making it easier to review results and prepare information for onward use.

Quartz - Time Management

A windows forms application closely integrated with Windows operating system written using the .Net framework for the purpose of logging time and providing analytical tools and general time management. The application provides a very accurate and visual representation of tasks using a schedule view. Rather than logging time with a set timer the system continuously runs a timer and utilises a hierarchical context menu on an icon in the taskbar to identify changes between tasks, making recording very easy and efficient. Complex reports are made easy with a mechanism to build up criteria as required and many visual report modes are supported along with standard Excel and pdf representations.
