UCAC - .NET Membership System Migration to MySQL

Migration of the UCAC VB.NET Windows Forms membership application from Microsoft SQL Server to a shared MySQL-compatible database, removing the need for database replication and reducing ongoing administration and maintenance. The desktop application was the focus of the migration. Joomla already used MySQL; bringing the office application onto the same platform removes the replication dependency and simplifies long-term support.

The Dog House - Booking and Daily Operations System

A bespoke booking and daily operations system for The Dog House, bringing dog boarding, training stays and puppy-course administration into one web application. The system combines owner and dog records with a staff booking calendar, transport planning, accommodation allocation and practical daily reports. A staff booking calendar and printable daily schedules connect arrivals, departures, van stops, accommodation and care instructions, helping organisers prepare for each day.

Newline fleet tracking

Newline fleet tracking brings vehicle movements, delivery schedules and operational updates into one place. Designed for fleets of trucks and commercial vehicles, it helps transport teams coordinate just-in-time deliveries and exchange delivery information with customers and logistics partners. A PHP-based web application combines GPS tracking information with delivery schedules and electronic data interchange (EDI), helping dispatchers monitor journeys, review delivery milestones and identify exceptions that need attention.

Wiltshire Wildlife Trust - Event and Wellbeing Programme Management

A bespoke event and participant management system for Wiltshire Wildlife Trust, supporting the organisation of nature-based wellbeing programmes. The application brings session planning, participant administration, attendance and programme reviews together in a shared web platform. Built with Ruby on Rails, the system supports event enquiries and approvals, staff access permissions, correspondence, SMS communication and practical reporting for nature-based activities.

QWFC - National Assurance Scheme Management

This application was a conversion of a legacy VB.Net Windows Forms application into a web based solution supporting integration with numerous third parties including well known entities such as Red Tractor and DEFRA. This web application is used to run the majority of the organisation's activities. This includes membership and the management of several UKAS accredited farm assurance schemes. Functionality includes Direct Debit payment processing, numerous API integrations, farm assessments and certification. This project has provided exceptional value for money providing significant savings in organisation running costs.

Natural Resources Wales - Landmap V2

A national project for the Welsh Government under Natural Resources Wales (NRW). The Landmap a tool to help sustainable decision-making and natural resource planning at a range of levels from local to national whilst ensuring transparency in decision-making A national project for the Welsh Government under Natural Resources Wales (NRW). The client wanted to replace a legacy VB6 and SQL Server database backend application with a web application equivalent that would support spreadsheet-like editing of Landmap survey data. The application was to support SQL view access to the shape data for use with mapping tools such as Arc view and MapInfo and have a HTML report for each survey. A recent update this year was an additional request to fully integrate Shape data into the SQL Server database and support Google maps integration with survey area overlays
